 TD Eng. whit its tecnology has obtained in a short time an enviable position in the market, thanking the realization of a own walkways system studied for a conduction and maintenance of industrial plants.
All the production phases are normally done, from engineering and project phase, developped from our technical office in accord to specific rules as BS8118 "Structural Use of Alluminium Part1 e Part2", to Safety Rules as DIN 24533, DIn 24530, DIN 31003 or CE or OSHA or to satisfy particular requests any kind of safety rules.
All structural calculations, drawings(layout, detail, construction and erection) are made with our CAD net even in case on site measurements.
Costruction and pre-erection are made in our facility so to insure the maximum quality and flexibility of interventation.
So to satisfy all the different necessities of our clients it is possible to use, for the same products, coated and galvanised mild steel as well as stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316L.
Furthermore, Tecnodesign has used the tipical criterial used for metal carpentry and structures, namely that of providing for mixed solutions: assembly either by welding or bolting, or, if considered appropriate, by other means of connection. In this way the greatest freedom of operation has been obtained.
As a results, we construct without having to submit to those limitations which impose, for example, the need to change material rather than resort to costly adaptations (casting or stampings) which inevitably prejudice the homogeneity, the appearance and thus the quality of the product itself.
