 TD Eng. whit its technology has obtained in a short time an enviable position in the market, thanks to the realization of its own walkways system, engineered for industrial plants maintenance and operating needs.
All the production steps, from engineering to project phases, are usually developed by our technical department, according to specific rules such as BS8118 "Structural Use of Aluminum Part1 e Part2", to Safety Rules as DIN 24533, DIn 24530, DIN 31003 or CE or OSHA and EUROCODE 9 DM-2008 in order to satisfy particular requests of any kind of safety rules. All structural calculations, drawings (lay-out, details, construction and erection) are performed by our CAD network, even in case of “on site” measurements.
Construction and pre-assembling are realized in our facility so to insure maximum quality and flexibility during all mounting operations.
In order to satisfy all possible customer’s needs, we have envisaged to use, for the same products, coated and galvanized mild steel as well as stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316L.
Tecno Design aim is to be a global leader in aluminum solutions with the purpose of reaching and protecting every part of your building, factory, facility or production line.
We can also employ some typical criteria used in the metal carpentry and structures industry by means of providing mixed solutions: assembly either by welding or bolting, or, if considered appropriate, by other means of connections. In this way a greatest freedom of operation can be obtained.
We can manufacture without those limitations which impose changes on materials or expensive adaptations ( cast or molded parts ) that jeopardize homogeneity, the appearance and thus the quality of the product itself.
